Reward yourself. That’s what we always try to tell ourselves when we’ve done great things. Hard work always pays off, maybe not today; not tomorrow but it will pay off. It is like a swinging pendulum - it will always sway back to your direction. Our blogs are doing well and so are the good things that come with it such as advertisers and opportunities and we work very hard at it. It can get very tiring at times but we know that as long as we push right along, we will be able to reach that end goal.

Of course, having an end goal so far can discourage anyone. What we do to avoid this is to give little wins to ourselves that makes the end goal feel a little closer.
