Making money online requires creativeness and if you put your eggs in the right basket(s), you are guaranteed to reap a good amount of income from blogging.

We’ve experimented by using different programs (Text-Links, CPM strategy, Banner ads, Full page ads, Adsense and many more) to try and find out which ones are worth utilizing.

Before, bloggers simply rely on Adsense to earn income.  Some find it way too difficult because CPM and CPC programs require traffic first of all, and the earnings could be very minimal depending on the keywords you are concentrating on.  We all know that Anti-aging and Loans earn a good size of CPC commissions and that is why you see a lot of Anti-aging and Loan blogs out there.

The Global Economic Meltdown has hit close to home.

If you have been watching the news or reading the paper or internet, chances are you are already aware of what’s going on in the world.  The world economy is crumbling before our eyes and the realization of it is still unknown.   From Europe to Asia and most especially here in the United States, where the economy was hit the hardest, we are all waiting for that magic moment when we will see an upturn and hoping that things get better.

About a few months ago, the economic issue was something that we only read in the paper or heard or watched on the news.  Yesterday, it hit close to home.  Our company which has never in it’s 40 years laid off anyone due to a recession had to make that tough decision and let go of individuals in order to survive this crisis.  Can you imagine sitting at your desk while HR walks around and start tapping people on the shoulder and have them follow him to the conference room, only to find out that you no longer have a job?  That is the most stressful of all specially with the way the job market is today.

With a dwindling economy, how will merchants survive?

posted by progobbler in December 23rd, 2008

customer-service.jpgEveryone is probably already on the Holiday Rush mode.  Buying last-minute gifts or wrapping them.  It’s Christmas once again and although the world’s economy cannot be foretold, many people are taking chances in spending this holiday season.  We were part of those who took chances.  Why?  We need to spend to get the economy going again.  We are the economy’s future.

The one thing we couldn’t understand however, are the merchants who offer their product or service who doesn’t understand the meaning of “excellent customer service”.  People are already afraid to spend their hard-earned money, let alone be confronted by merchants who don’t seem to care about providing the best for their customers.   It’s understandable that there would be times when you will encounter a sales person or a CSR who’s having a bad day.  That’s excusable in certain situations.  We all have bad days and we certainly can understand that others can have them too.  But if you encounter the same type of service, call-after-call - then, it’s not a “CSR-having-a-bad-day” situation.

Didn’t find much good deals on Black Friday?

posted by progobbler in December 1st, 2008
in Affiliates

The news has made it worst.  The reported income from retailers during Black Friday was gloomy.  They said that people weren’t really using much of their credit cards and have used their debit cards or cash instead.  It’s the sign of the times.  A sign of an ailing economy.  Even blogging hasn’t been much of an income gainer for most bloggers.

If you’re trying to tighten the belts around your home, watching your expenses - you know that we would try to shave off anything that is unnecessary.  We let go of going to the movies, or eating out.  We are sure that money saved is money gained.  Great news for people who need eyeglasses.  Holiday Glass Frames From Zenni Optical is offering $ 8 Complete Rx Eyeglasses. The popular online eyeglasses shop is known to have the best offer in eyewear. They offer designer glasses at a fraction of what you would pay for at any eyewear shops. Are you looking to shave more expenses? Visit ZenniOptical.com.

The Global Credit Crisis - What does it mean to you and me? EZUnsecured.com awaits.

posted by progobbler in November 24th, 2008
in Affiliates, Business

You will hear many stories these days. Stories of businesses closing down, failing due to lack of cash. Their source of business ran purely on credit and they couldn’t survive once the banks started tightening their requirements. However, there is more to it than that. Poor business management can also lead to its demise.

There is hope however. If you own a business and you are strapped for cash. Don’t waste any more time - just visit EZUnsecured.com if you need unsecured financing for your business.

EZUnsecured is a company with the reputation that the people that they employ are professional, experienced and do take their work seriously. They are quick in approving loans. I did hear that they charge fees up front so I wanted to check out if anyone out there has experience with them.

Business Loans are the lifeline of our economy. Without the businesses out there, there would be no employers. And without employers, where would you and I be? The unemployment line. I’m for companies that offer a way for business to survive this economic times. It surely is going to carry us over.

10 (More) Reasons You’re Not Rich

posted by progobbler in October 23rd, 2008
in Financial Freedom, Investing

Wednesday, October 1, 2008 provided by Jeffrey Strain

Many people assume they aren’t rich because they don’t earn enough money. If I only earned a little more, I could save and invest better, they say.

The problem with that theory is they were probably making exactly the same argument before their last several raises. Becoming a millionaire has less to do with how much you make, it’s how you treat money in your daily life.

The list of reasons you may not be rich doesn’t end at 10. Caring what your neighbors think, not being patient, having bad habits, not having goals, not being prepared, trying to make a quick buck, relying on others to handle your money, investing in things you don’t understand, being financially afraid and ignoring your finances.

Here are 10 more possible reasons you aren’t rich:

The dynamics of making money on blogs are changing. FAST!

posted by progobbler in September 29th, 2008
in Blogging

Similar to anything else in the business world, your business must be adaptable to change. Change should always be welcomed. Change is good. As we’ve seen through the year-and-a-half that we’ve been blogging, the “Make Money Online” dynamics have definitely evolved. Blogging as a way of earning an extra income was very good a year or so ago and probably even better two years ago.

This time around, we’ve crossed many hurdles, jumped through loops and tackled all obstructions to keep on earning the income that we get from blogging. I believe that this is also a result of the global financial crisis that is going on right now. Advertisers are not as willing to put up the money just to link to their site from any blog. They are now looking for quality blogs that have high visibility.

The main qualities they look for include but are not limited to the following:

  • Your blog must be written in English
  • Your blog must have high-quality content
  • Google Page Rank Rating adds value to the opportunities that you receive
  • Your blog should have good quality traffic

If you are new to blogging, think of a niche that you would enjoy writing about. Think of better ways to keep your site content relevant to its theme and give your site the professional look and provide the space needed for proper advertising. Don’t clutter it with graphics that are confusing to the readers.

The best thing to get your site noticed is by making certain your blog is updated on a regular basis.

Passive income should be your main goal. Writing paid posts is a good way of earning an income but then again, the requirements keep getting tighter and tighter. Should you choose that route, make sure that your written content is original and not copied from the advertiser’s website.

If you keep up with these simple rules, you should meet success in the near future.

Zenni Optical is becoming a household word.

We’re all about saving money. We’re not cheap but we like to keep the money we work very hard for. It’s not rocket science and you can always find ways to save. You can save on groceries by using coupons, or shopping online for the best deals. Why is shopping online sometimes much cheaper than going to a brick and mortar store? Because they pay a lot less overhead and not only does it benefit them, it benefits you as well. At times, even with the shipping and handling included, you still come out saving money. If you wear eyeglasses, you know well how much eyeglasses cost these days. The designer frame that you want could cost you hundreds of dollars. Adding to it the tinting, bifocal lense and you end up paying more. Why not check Incredible Stylish New Frames From Zenni? They are the companies we are speaking of. With own manufactured designer frames coming to you directly with no middlemen - you are sure to rack up savings. We saw a family one time with four kids all wearing eyeglasses - could you imagine the money that family could save if they go online and shop? I would suggest that they take a good look at Zenni Optical $ 8 Rx Eyeglasses.Save money where you can and build your nest egg faster. The company’s true-to-their-word, no-non-sense advertising was so good that Zenni Optical was on FOX news!
